About Finish the Work Ministry
Finish the Work Ministry began more than ten years ago, after the Lord placed a burden on our hearts to encourage believers in their walk with Christ and help share the gospel with those who did not yet know Him.
Through the years, that burden has continued to grow. In 2025, after a life-changing mission experience, God renewed our calling to serve underserved rural communities through Bible work, food assistance, literature, house church ministry, and compassionate outreach.
Our desire is simple: to follow God’s leading, serve faithfully, and point hearts to Jesus one community at a time.
What “One Community at a Time” Means
There is so much work to do, but we believe God is calling us to begin carefully and faithfully, one community at a time.
This means we do not want to rush into a community without understanding its needs. We begin by listening, praying, and working with local leaders to identify the most urgent needs. Then we organize practical solutions that can help the greatest number of people while also creating opportunities for spiritual support.
In each community, the work may include food assistance, Bible-based literature, Bible studies, house church ministry, Bible worker support, urgent family needs, community repairs, and other forms of outreach as God opens the door.
Our Current Focus
After much prayer and seeking the Lord’s direction, Finish the Work Ministry is focusing its outreach in Cuba and the Dominican Republic, with a burden to serve underserved rural communities across the Caribbean as God opens the door.
As needs are identified and confirmed, we desire to move forward prayerfully and faithfully through Bible work, food assistance, Bible-based literature, house church ministry, training, local support, and current urgent needs.

Our Mission
Our mission is to share Christ’s love in practical and spiritual ways. We seek to meet urgent physical needs first, then open doors for Bible study, prayer, literature, house church ministry, and ongoing spiritual care.
We believe this work must be done thoughtfully, prayerfully, and in partnership with local leaders, nearby church administration, trained Bible workers, and faithful supporters who desire to help finish the work.
Our Biblical Foundation
Finish the Work Ministry is rooted in Matthew 24:14 and Matthew 9:35-36.
Matthew 24:14 reminds us that the gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world.
Matthew 9:35-36 shows the compassion of Jesus as He taught, preached, healed, and saw the multitudes with love.
These verses guide our desire to serve with compassion, meet practical needs, and point hearts to Jesus.
Our Team
Arnoldo & Yaritza Moore
For more than 30 years, Arnoldo and Yaritza have walked together in marriage, family, faith, and ministry. Throughout much of their journey, they have served the Lord in many settings, sharing the gospel with children, adults, families, and communities near and far.
Their ministry experience includes preaching locally, across the country, and overseas, organizing community outreach events, supporting those in need, and working closely with local agencies to help serve individuals and families facing hardship. They have a special burden for those who are hurting, overlooked, or in need of hope, and they desire for every act of service to reflect the love and compassion of Jesus.
Through the years, the Lord has allowed them to see His hand in powerful ways. Looking back, they believe God has been preparing them for this work for many years. They are often reminded of Esther 4:14: “and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
Finish the Work Ministry is a testimony of God’s faithfulness. After a life-changing mission experience in May 2025, their burden for ministry and service was deepened, and their desire to serve underserved rural communities became even clearer. In faith, they stepped beyond their comfort zone, leaving behind familiar comforts and conveniences while trusting that true security is found in God’s leading.
With humble hearts, they recognize that they are simply willing vessels, depending daily on God’s grace and guidance. Though the journey has not been without challenges, they give God all the honor and glory for every open door, every answered prayer, and every miracle along the way.
They are grateful for the opportunity to continue using their God-given gifts in service to the Lord. As long as the Lord continues to open doors, they are committed to following His leading and serving faithfully, one community at a time.
